1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returns are eligible if:

  • The item has not been damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling beyond normal use

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To exchange an item

  3. Follow the instructions provided to return the original product

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide, at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • Repair, if applicable

  • A full refund

4. How to Return

All returns and exchanges are processed by mail. Each package includes a prepaid return label for your convenience.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For eligible returns and exchanges, a return label is included in your package

  • Customers are not charged any restocking fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for return according to this policy.Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned following this policy
