Our return policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, as well as general buyer’s remorse.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all products as long as the item is new and unused, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Return and Exchange Window: Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accepted Conditions: Products must be unused and in their original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, follow the instructions included in your package or contact our support team.

Return Method and Shipping

All returns are processed by mail. Each package includes a prepaid return shipping label, so customers do not incur any shipping costs.

  • Return Shipping Label: Included in the original package
  • Cost to Customer: Free — no restocking or return shipping fees

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the required conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once your returned item is received and approved.

Return & Exchange Fees

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. Returns and exchanges are completely free of service charges to encourage confident purchases.

Return Address Notice

Please do not send the returned item back to the original shipping address. Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will email you the correct return address and instructions. Any packages sent without prior approval or to the wrong address may not be processed or refunded.
