We currently offer free nationwide shipping within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Any future updates to our shipping regions will be reflected in this policy.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.. There are no additional shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs applied at checkout.

Shipping may be subject to delays during holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen carrier disruptions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Packaging: All arcade and pinball machines are securely packaged and palletized to ensure safe transport

  • Total delivery time is typically 6–9 business days (including handling and transit time).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

6. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

7. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address must be made prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
